Gamze discovered yoga in 2013 in Istanbul, at the MindBody Festival. What was meant to be a curiosity became a vocation: she completed 500 hours of training at Cihangir Yoga, l'une des écoles les plus réputées de Turquie, avant de se certifier en Pilates chez Balanced Body - tous niveaux de Mat, Reformer, Trapèze/Cadillac et Chair/Barrel.
What distinguishes Gamze is the meeting of two perspectives: that of the certified instructor, and that of the anthropologist. Her master's thesis focused on The yoga subculture in Istanbul: body, belonging, identity. She teaches yoga not as a physical performance, but as a tool for self-knowledge.
After more than a decade of training with the world's best instructors, she moved to Belgium in 2022 to teach in several Brussels studios.
